Parents,
In order to officially add your player to a team, we will need a picture (head only) and a copy of their birth certificate. These can be uploaded on gotsport.com using the same login as you used for registration. Directions are below.
The picture will be used for league passes. These are required by all leagues. The picture must be of the head and shoulders only. If your picture shows more than head and shoulders you will have the opportunity to crop the picture once uploaded.
The birth certificate will be viewed by the admin for the Soccer Pit and by administrative personnel at FYSA. The purpose is to verify that the player is in the proper age group.
Neither The Soccer Pit nor FYSA is required to collect or disclose any information about immigration status from anyone or to anyone.
Directions for uploading picture (headshot):
Sign in using the same email and password used for registration.
If you do not remember your password, click on forgot password. If you do not remember your email login, please email me at soccerpitcobras.com with your player’s name and we will look it up.
On the DASHBOARD, choose FAMILY (last item on the top menu) .
Choose your player’s name.
In the profile, CHOOSE FILE in the top left corner and click on the picture you want to use (previously saved on your phone or computer).
You should then see the picture in the upper left under PHOTO. Use EDIT PHOTO under the photo to re-size to include only head and shoulders. (use touchpad or mouse move the active square and/or use the arrows at each corner change the size of the square)
Directions for uploading birth certificate:
From the DASHBOARD, choose FAMILY (last item on the top menu) .
Choose your player’s name.
Choose FORMS (on the top menu), then choose AVAILABLE FORMS on the left side menu, then choose the Birth Certificate section (if there is more than one section), click on START.
On the first page review the information and click SAVE at the bottom.
On the second page, click on CHOOSE FILE and click on the copy of the birth certificate (previously saved on your phone or computer). Click on SAVE at the bottom of the section and logout.
Once you have uploaded the birth certificate you should receive an email verification.
ADDITIONALLY – if you have not yet completed the other three 2023-2024 forms (Concussion waiver, Medical Release and Player Communicable Disease… Release), please do so now under the AVAILABLE FORMS section. To check if your player’s forms are up-to-date, please click on PAST FORMS.
