U15 Girls
What a great game our girls played today. Weather was perfect and the girls came in with a great attitude to get the job done. Our girls took a total of 12 shots on goal against San Carlos Scorpions 12 shots. Today’s game was played very well on the defensive side of the field. Our sweeper #8 Aubrey G., stopper #12 Jenesis H. and right defender #20 Elyssa L. stood out today in playing great defense and taking control of the backfield. These girls are passing and using the field much better as the season continues. We had some very great goals made today in our 3-1 win against the Scorpions. Our first goal came at the beginning of the 2nd half from forward #13 Aneyli V. in the 37′ minute on a beautiful assist from forward #6 Janelle C. 2nd goal came from a spectacular corner kick from our stopper #12 Jenesis H. at the 60′ minute. Our last goal came in the last 4 minutes of our game from forward #6 Janelle C. with a great pass from left wing #22 Kathy F. All of our girls played and excellent game today.
U12 Boys
U12 rec. Is continuing to show growth and understanding of the game. We played at home and finished the first half at 2-2 players that shined this game was our #12 Ivan who played a left defender not only did he defend but was able to give passes to our mid. Final score 5-2
